Scouring/Phosphating, multiple rinsing with full desalted water, frying with hot-air at approx. 120C°.
Powder Coating
Electrostatic application of the powder, automatically or element-specific manually. Sealing the powder at 180°C.
Size of Elements
The maximum size of the single elements to coat can be in lenght 3200mm, in height 2200mm and in breadth 600mm. The maximum weight is 200kg. Ither sizes on demand.
Highlights
The powder-lacquer contains in no way solvents or toxical heavy metals. We achieve excellent results with our powder coating if there are desired remarkableand especially attractive surfaces like metallic-effects or pearlescent for instance.
