Powder coating is a universally usable coating process. It is used for aesthetic and decorative purposes and as a technical coating to provide protection against corrosion, for example. All manner of finishes can be created using this technique, from glossy to matte to special textured finishes. In addition we can fulfil your personal choice of colour using shades from the RAL, NCS or Sikkens colour charts. We can also, however, create individual colour tones exclusively for our clients. Our state-of-the-art system technology enables us to carry out high-volume coatings with the same care and precision as the individual coating of single pieces.

Component sizes: The maximum component size is 3,200 mm long, 2,200 mm high and 600 mm wide and with a maximum unit weight of 200 kg. Other sizes are available on request.

Special features: The powder coating contains no solvents or toxic heavy metals whatsoever.

Our coating procedure also offers excellent results should our client request an unusual or particularly attractive surface appearance on the side that is visible. Our powder coating fulfils not only aesthetic demands, but also offers mechanical, chemical and thermal protection thanks to its excellent adhesion qualities.
